In the app: open Settings → Support to submit a request or check the status of an existing one.
Common questions
Managing or cancelling your subscription. Your Axyn Pro subscription is billed through your Apple ID. To view, change, or cancel it, open the iPhone Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → Axyn Fitness. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period.
Restoring a purchase. If you've subscribed before and don't see Axyn Pro, open the paywall in the app and tap "Restore Purchases."
Deleting your account. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the App's settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Apple Health permissions. You can review or change what Axyn can read or write in Health from the iPhone Settings app → Privacy & Security → Health → Axyn Fitness.
